I'm using 1.2.166_universal and I still have this issue (on 2 different devices)

Have you tried Vplayer?
At least until moboplayer is fixed...

I can confirm Daroon Player works: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.daroonsoft.player
It also has a handy feature that will save the stream name, so you don't need RMC (for that stream) in the future.

Seek does not seem to work as well, but it does stream. And free :)

I've sent an email to mobo as well... we'll see if they can correct it.

As of the latest update, 1.2.176_universal, on 11/24/2011, MoboPlayer streaming seems to have been restored. I have tested it with my Motorola Atrix and my Android-ed HP Touchpad. :D
